Our Story

The story of “All About the Gown by Judy” began over 30 years ago as “Germaines Bridal”. Wanting to spend more time with her children and grandchildren, Germaine proposed the idea of selling her bridal store to her long time manager and confidant Judy, the answer was easy… Judy said yes to becoming the new owner, and the store was sold to Judy in August of 2017, and “All About the Gown” was born.

Judy’s first move was to hire her lovely daughter Stefany, her bridal experience includes working as a stylist for Germaine’s Bridal from 2008-2010, as well as a customer relations role for a premier bridal company in Boston, Massachusetts. That experience allowed Stefany to bring her focus on customer service to “All About the Gown by Judy” in Lake Geneva, WI.

At “All About the Gown by Judy” we take pride in our excellent customer service, making sure each and every person who comes through the door is treated like one of the family. Our inviting boutique is full of excitement, love and laughter, we provide a one stop shop for our brides and bridal party all under one roof. We believe your wedding day is one of the most important days of your life and our goal is to make shopping for your wedding dress a special and memorable experience.

The store is located in beautiful Lake Geneva on the upper level over looking the city in a classic Lake Geneva building on Main Street. With over 3,000 square feet of space, “All About the Gown by Judy” features wedding gowns, mothers dresses, bridesmaids dresses, tuxedos, special occasions gowns, prom dresses and more.
